Abstract
The Industrialized Countries and the Elites in the Third World Countries “live at the expenses of the Third Word Countries and the next Generation, i. e. from the Exhaustible Resources of our Planet.”
The Source of the Wealth or Richness of the “western” World is the Third World Countries, for example the African Countries.
The Appellation or Notation of the Terms “Poor” and “Rich” should be changed, i. e. the Third World Countries like the African, Latin American and/or Asian countries are Rich but the Majority of their People are Poor, i. e. they have not enough money and land.
The Capital Transfer of the “Development Aid” Policy from the Third World Countries to the “western” World as “Blood transfusion from sick to healthy”. i. e. From the people in the Third World Countries, for example African countries!
Why is Africa “Poor” and Europe is Rich”? But Africa is not Poor.
However, “Africa is not a poor continent. Africa is so rich in Enormous Mineral (Natural), Agricultural and Human Resources but unfortunately this Richness (Wealth) is Unfairly Distributed. The continent is so Rich and yet so Arm.
Africa is not poor, because it has “breath-taking incredible landscape, almost inexhaustible important reserves of natural resources and fertile land (fertile soils) that Ethiopia alone could feed easily the whole continent of Africa.”
In other words, Africa has almost Inexhaustible or Abundant quantity reserves of important natural/mineral and agricultural resources.
According to Slomka, Ethiopia alone could feed easily the whole continent of Africa.
the African continent has abundant resources which are almost unimaginable quantity and it has diverse cultures. He said: Africa is rich: 60 % of world coffee, 70 % of cacao, 50 % of phosphate, 40 % of platinum come from Africa.
Moreover, Africa has Rich Treasures of Diamond, Sapphire, (…), Gold, Petroleum, Natural Gas and last but not least Fertile Land (Fertile Soil) for example for Roses (Flowers) should be mentioned.
“Africa is arguably the world’s Poorest continent and at the same time the Richest: A Third of the World’s Raw Material Deposits lie under the Earth’s Surface – an Immense Wealth, which for the Majority of the Population is far more of a Curse than a Blessing.“
According to CARLOS ROCHA, “Africa has the Natural Resources that the World Needs.
Therefore, the answer of the question: “Who benefits from the Immense Richness of the African Continent is: “We are Stealing its Wealth.“
Poverty for example, in the African countries is Man-Made Problems.
For example:
Lack of Democracy, i. e.
„Rule and control by People“,
Lack of Good Governance,
Resources Mismanagement,
Lack of Plan, Organization, Coordination, etc.
Consequently, the question is: Who helps Whom? Does Europe help Africa or Africa helps Europe unwilling?
